There is always something rather joyful about bringing together works by artists who each see the world so differently. This Summer Selection brings together paintings and prints by 10 gallery artists whose practices range from representation to the more intuitive through expressive responses to landscape, memory and everyday experience.
What unites them is quality: a shared commitment to thoughtful making, technical excellence and work that continues to reveal itself over time. Together the works form a quiet dialogue, where different approaches to landscape, abstraction and the human experience sit alongside one another, each enriching the next.
We hope you enjoy discovering the conversations that emerge between the pieces and the visual echoes between Celia Cook's flowing abstractions and the rhythms in Charlotte Evans' landscapes, between Kerry Harding's coastlines and Katharine Le Hardy's luminous scenes, or between Fred Coppin's simplified cherry tree and the woodland paintings of Calum McClure.
