I think as human beings, we are very good at listing and labelling and deciding what things are. It is useful and it helps us to navigate the chaos of world. We like to put things in boxes, including each other. Inspired by quilts and comic books, ‘Cells’ for me is a piece that brings in to question why we tend to stop with the question of WHAT, something is whilst very often not asking WHY?
