When I am feeling lost or confused about something, I will often look to the natural world for some sort of answer or support.

This is a time of great uncertainty for so many people. However, I often spend time just looking at the sky, both in the day and at night. I think about how far away everything is, how the light from the stars can take thousands and millions of years to get to us, but it does get to us, but we have to put ourselves in the position to see it. I think the positives of this situation will be like the light from the stars, they might take a while to get to us but they will arrive eventually.
